This video of him makes me cringe. Does he actually believe that every loan that is in foreclosure and the state of the economy is because borrowers all lied on their loans, or because they wanted more than they could afford? Get a clue Rick, I worked in the mortgage business for years and have been a licensed Realtor for 13, you have no clue. Your calling every person in your so called rant a loser that is in the process of losing their home. Let me tell you Rick, many people who are facing foreclosure and have been foreclosed on were not liars, anything but. Many were a victim of the economy, job loss, rising cost of taxes and utilities, did you ever research this before you did your little pathetic rant. Many others believed that their jobs were secure, they didn’t plan on losing their jobs and not being able to pay their mortgage. Many ran into healthcare issues, had no healthcare or lost their job and healthcare. Also I wrote an ebook on the actual forgery and fraud that went on at Ameriquest Mortgage, where the borrowers had no clue, were actually lied to and had hud1 settlement sheets and other documents changed without their knowledge. A friend of mine worked for 28 years at his job, right from school, always worked and worked hard, but his wife died from a heart attack, he got very ill also from diabetes and had no healthcare for proper care as his job was eliminated and in turn lost his home. You Rick Santelli, make me sick, I’m glad your fortunate enough to make a good living, but people like you who criticize others and have no clue of what you talk about shouldn’t be allowed to be part of the media. I can tell you all kind of hardship stories as I was actually in the business, true stories of honest hard working people who hit rought times, THEY ARE NOT LOSERS OR LIARS, YOU MR. SANTELLI ARE!
