Milwaukee Serial Killer on the Loose
The city where serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer once cruised gay bars for victims has an unknown murderer of prostitutes on the loose.
Milwaukee police are hunting for a serial killer suspected of murdering at least five Milwaukee women over 21 years on the city’s north side, authorities said Monday.The unknown suspect’s DNA was found on five prostitutes killed between 1986 and 2007, said Police Chief Edward Flynn and District Attorney John Chisholm. The same DNA was found on the body of Jessica Payne, a teenage runaway slain in 1995. Authorities said they believe the suspect had sex with Payne, but that a different person killed her. – from JSOnline
Boy, 11, charged with killing father’s fiancee, who was 8 months pregnant
An 11-year-old Pennsylvania boy consumed with jealousy was charged with killing his father’s fiancee – who was 8 months pregnant, police and relatives said. Chandra Levy Killer Named
Levy’s father, Robert Levy, told The Associated Press that Washington, D.C., Police Chief Cathy Lanier called his home late Friday and said there would be an arrest in a few days.

Police have interviewed and are close to charging a California prison inmate in the eight-year-old case of Chandra Levy, the federal intern who vanished and was found murdered a year later, a law enforcement official told FOX News on Saturday. The official said Washington, D.C., authorities submitted evidence to the U.S. Attorney’s Office to obtain an arrest warrant for Ingmar Guandique, a Salvadoran immigrant who will be served papers in California and likely will be flown to Washington to hear the charges against him. A man who carried out a Christmas Eve massacre in a Santa suit at the home of his former in-laws apparently shot some of the nine victims execution-style and committed suicide rather than fleeing to Canada only after accidentally burning himself when fuel he sprayed in the home blew up, police said Friday. Emerging details indicated Bruce Jeffrey Pardo, 45, devised an extensive plan to destroy his ex-wife’s family after a costly divorce that was finalized earlier in the week, just months after losing his aerospace job. Pardo was able to drive to his brother’s home in the Sylmar area of Los Angeles, broke in and shot himself in the head. His brother discovered the body early Thursday. Pardo had airline tickets to Canada and $17,000 in cash on his body, some attached to his legs with Saran Wrap and some in a girdle, the chief said. – from San Jose
