To say that Brit Brit’s concert at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut was a hawt mess is an understatement!

Not only did Spears fall while dancing during Get Naked, but one overzealous and disrespectful fan also rushed the stage during the encore!

“This guy ran across the stage and towards Britney during Womanizer,” one of many Perezcious readers in attendance tells us. “He attempted to dance with Britney!”

A hulking madman was caught on tape Tuesday viciously stabbing an elderly couple in their Queens apartment building, then calmly straightening the bent and bloody knife. David Williams, 41, drove a carving knife into John Purcell and his wife, Joan, as the loving couple left their Northern Blvd. building in Flushing, cops said.
