Schoolboy Alfie believed he had become Britain’s youngest dad after 15-year-old girlfriend Chantelle Stedman gave birth to daughter Maisie in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This is just friggin’ creepy. The kid (we’re talking the father) looks like he’s 10. Instead of being embarrassed by this mess, these families are going to run with it and try and make money. Where the frak were their parents? Oh, probably negotiating to get the pictures on teh tabloids. So happy these kids will grow up like normal children.
INNOCENT-eyed Alfie Patten spent his first night acting as a 13-year-old dad and declared: “It was easier than I thought.” The four-footer — who looks no more than eight — said: “I know I’m young, but I plan to be a good dad.” As he went on the PlayStation with 15-year-old girlfriend Chantelle Steadman, he added: “I think we’ll be good parents. The birth of a child fathered by a 13-year-old boy has sparked an uproar in Britain. Alfie Patten, who was only 12 when the baby was conceived with his girlfriend, Chantelle Steadman, 15, was first pictured on the front of Friday’s tabloid Sun newspaper with his daughter, Maisie Roxanne, after her birth Monday. Alfie Patten’s girlfriend Chantelle Steadman, 15, gave birth to Maisie Roxanne at the Eastbourne District General Hospital, East Sussex. A Sussex Police spokeswoman said the force had looked at the case and decided it was “not in anyone’s interests” for a prosecution to take place. In a statement, police said: “Sussex Police Child Protection Team were aware of a 14-year-old girl that had become pregnant as the result of a relationship with a 12-year-old boy. – From UK Telegraph
