Rod Blagojevich Headed Back to Court

Ousted Gov. Rod Blagojevich (aka Wacko Blago) is headed back to federal court. The hearing Tuesday comes one week after he let it be known that he wants permission to go to Costa Rica to take part in a reality TV show in the jungle.
