Storm Ida revives, churns toward Gulf of Mexico

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Tropical Storm Ida regained strength off Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula on Saturday and spun north toward the Gulf of Mexico, where it could again become a hurricane.
