I remember this, the Cartoon Network screened it as part of a competition, the show that got the most votes was to be picked up as a series. We voted for “Larry & Steve” but it wasn’t meant to be.
The thing I can’t get my head around is that it was beaten by “The Powerpuff Girls”!
