Hollywood Buzz: Narnia finds a home, Astro Boy halted, Ron Moore does The Thing

Narnia has found a home at Fox. The studio has joined Walden Media to produce the third film of the series, ‘Voyage of the Dawn Treader’, after Disney bagged on things.

Imagi studios has halted production on Astro Boy as they lost funding, forcing them to lay off 80 animators. The film should still get finished, but details are up in the air.

A bunch of photos of the Wolverine reshoot set were posted – nothing particularly exciting, unless you like lots of movie props sitting around.

Battlestar Galactica mastermind Ronald Moore has penned a prequel to The Thing. Commercial director Matthijs Van Heijningen will helm the film.
